STEP ONE: Never hit the �Report Junk E�mail� or �Report and Block Sender� buttons under the �Junk� option in your Inbox (figure 1). Hitting this button may prevent you from receiving email us. Emails marked as junk will be automatically sent to your �Junk E�mail� folder and deleted. Reporting and blocking an email will prevent any and all email from EZdesk.com from getting to your inbox.

STEP TWO:
Add "EZdesk.com" and "goliath6.primary-server.net" email addresses to your �Safe List�:
Starting from your Hotmail Inbox,

Click on Options at top of the screen (next to tabs)
Under Mail Handling, choose Safe List
Add the following domains to your Safe List exactly as they are displayed below:
EZdesk.com
goliath6.primary-server.net

STEP ONE: Never hit the �Junk� button (figure 1). Hitting this button will send email us or consumer contacting you through us to your �Junk E�mail� box where it will be automatically deleted.

If you mistakenly hit �Junk� please take the following steps to make sure your ezdesk.com email isn't automatically deleted.

Hit the �Never Report Junk E�mail� button that pops up in your browser
Check the box next to the EZdesk email you mistakenly sent to �Junk E�mail�
Select the �Not Junk� button at the top of your screen
Select the �Add to Safe List� button

STEP TWO: Add ezdesk.com email domain to your �Safe List�: Starting from your MSN Inbox,

Click Email Settings in lower left corner
Select Junk Mail
Select Safe List
Select �Add an item to this list�
In the pop-up window, enter ezdesk.com
Note: Please enter the domain exactly as it's written above.
Click Add
Repeat the previous three steps adding the domains below:
goliath6.primary-server.net
Click Save Changes

STEP ONE: Never hit the �Spam� button when either viewing or marking the checkbox next to a ezdesk.com or ezdesk@goliath6.primary-server.net email. Hitting this button may prevent you from receiving email from all members who contact you � not just the individual email that you may not wish to view.

Add ezdesk@ezdesk.com, support@ezdesk.com, "Ezdesk.net", "Loanproz.net", and ezdesk@goliath6.primary-server.net email addresses to your Address Book:

Starting from your Yahoo! Mail Inbox

Select the Addresses tab at the top of the screen
Select Add Contact
In the space next to �Email� type: ezdesk@goliath6.primary-server.net
(It is not necessary to fill in the rest of the form)
Click Save Contact
Click Done
Repeat the previous four steps, adding: support@ezdesk.com and ezdesk@ezdesk.com
TEST
IF this fails to allow our lead into your inbox, then turn Yahoo SPAM Guard OFF.

This will NOT guarantee that email sent to you from other consumers contacting you directly through your listing will be delivered to your Inbox. Please check your Bulk Mail folder regularly for email from consumers interested in your services.
